The Plexus Customer Support Group (CSG) offers a variety of software maintenance services, such as telephone technical assistance, problem reporting and resolution management, revision and maintenance releases, workarounds and software corrections, remote dial-in capabilities, and access to the password protected Customer Section of this web site.

The Customer Section contains information and material including electronic versions of support and product manuals, online support knowledge base, release and version information for existing Plexus customers with a valid maintenance contract.

CSG also offers a range of premium support services, such as a dedicated Client Services Manager, extended support hours, stand-by support, and IBM Informix maintenance.

In addition to providing support for your existing products, the Customer Support Group also provides services that complement our Professional Services Group with our business unit called Business Services. The Business Services Group (BSG) provides consulting for software upgrades, installations and database conversions.
